Once you find your favorite piece, request the item from the Lender.

Choose a delivery date and whether you would like to rent it for 4, 10, or 20 days. You’ll receive a notification within 24 hours if it’s been approved.

Keep track of your item’s shipping journey through the app. Your pieces will be delivered to your home, office, hotel, or wherever you are by 8pm on your chosen delivery date.

On the last day of your borrow, place your item in its original packaging, seal it up, and place the return label on the outside of your packaging. Don’t worry about cleaning the item, the Lender will take care of that. Take the package to a nearby USPS drop box by noon on your rental return date.

That was easy.
